individual therapy & supervision
A corporate escapee, and an avid wanderer of the world. A believer that if you can change your context, you can change anything, I have a passionate belief in our ability to transcend & transform.
I am experienced in psychodynamic psychotherapy, buddhist informed psychology, and CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) based approaches.
My psychotherapy and coaching practice is informed by a passion for Buddhist Philosophy, a deep love of travel, South East Asian food, art & culture, fast motorcycles & the joy (and trials) of parenting a teen son.
I bring an insightful, determined, focused but balanced & compassionate attention to all I journey beside.

Well-being First
The demands of the therapeutic, legal and health professions are challenging, and can be emotionally draining. The constant need to navigate complex client issues and maintain professional boundaries can become exhausting.
In clinical supervision I seek to provide you with a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can process these challenges, develop self-care strategies, and prevent burnout.
By addressing stress, fostering resilience, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance, my intent is to enable you to show up fully for yourself.
Only in doing this, can you then show up fully for your relationships, and your clients and sustain a thriving practice.
